Catching up, The owl, and storefront coming soon!

Good Morning…

I have been at work prepping things for production! I know that I will have two lines within my collection. You will learn more about this later once my storefront is open! Yes…FINALLY…soon my store will be open! I want to thank everyone who has asked about my garments, and purchasing them. Soon that will be a reality.

This week, my son starts his school. My time will be very scheduled, and my days will be very full. I am hoping all goes well, and I will be able to start hiring people to help with my business. It would take some pressure off for sure.

So this weekend was filled and non stop. We did a lot of cleaning of our house, and I ordered some fabrics, and did more research. I also was thrilled to finally spot one of the barred owls from my family room bay window!! Here are the pictures we took of that…

It blends so well with the tree bark!

Hello there!!!

I was literally jumping up and down with glee when I saw this bird. It was just so beautiful! I have been waiting for 3 months to see this!

Fall color is trickling in here around our home. This is what it looks like as of this weekend on our walks. Thankfully the weather has cooled down a bit. It was so hot the other day, that I could not even sit outside on the screened in porch…

Leaves are falling…

The wind was really blowing these from up the street!

And I did some shopping this weekend to get my mom a birthday gift. While I was out, I picked up these…

I paid 99 cents for these! LOL! I wear socks all the time in my house, as we do not wear shoes in the house. So…I have a lot of socks.
Bought this new candle at the Yankee Candle flagship store. It smells amazing!!!

This morning I woke to pouring rain outside. THANK GOODNESS! It was starting to get a bit dry out there. My Japanese maple needs a big drink, and I am happy to say, it is getting it right now.
I love the rain!!

I will be posting up some new things I am working on soon…
Keep in touch! And remember to follow my blog for updates!
Until next post,
Amy
