On day 12 of my “30 Days Of Being Thankful” blog series, I am very thankful for exercise! I couldn’t imagine a day going by without taking the time to work some form of exercise into my schedule. My favorite forms of exercise that I rotate into my routine are yoga, HIIT, weight training, running, biking, and walking. I love to take my cardio fitness outdoors when ever I can. There is nothing like running though the woods! I love weight training so much for what it has done for my body composition. Being fit gives me energy, keeps me looking younger, and makes me feel great!
