Day 4- Trail Walks With My Family
Today I am thankful for the many trails around my home. There are so many beautiful nature trails all around us, and I couldn’t imagine a week without visiting them. Walking out in nature gives my family time to reconnect after a long and sometimes stressful day. It is a way to “recharge our batteries” so to speak. Stress and tension melts away when you reconnect with nature. If you are ever experiencing a creative block in your life, I highly recommend heading outside and getting some fresh air. What better way is there than to walk or run along a nature trail. When you get those endorphins flowing, solutions to problems become obviously clear. It’s amazing what getting outdoors can do for the mind and body.
