Day 9-Meditation

On Day 9 of this blog series, I am thankful for the moments in my life that I have to meditate. For me, meditation is a way to focus and strengthen my mind. It eases away stress, anxiety, and releases anger and resentment. It is a way to get rid of all those things we don’t need in our lives, so that we may focus on the things that really matter. If you do not follow our sister blog Gossamery Dreams,then you probably haven’t seen the post I wrote about meditation (You can read it here) that post goes more into detail of what meditation has done for me. Meditation can be done anywhere, and it doesn’t cost a cent. I wish everyone in the world meditated daily. I think we would all be a lot better off.
