My Favorites For December
I can’t believe December is about to come to a close! We are about to move into the new year, and I am hoping it will be a better year for us all. 2018 has proven to be the “weirdest” year yet for many, and so I am looking forward to putting it in the past.
This past month there are a few things I have been into, some for health, some for home, and some just to bring beauty. Without further ado, let’s get into it shall we?
Lymphatic Facial Massage
I have been giving myself daily facial massages upon waking, to reduce puffiness. I have chronic sinus problems, and I always wake with swollen eyes. Since starting lymphatic facial massage, my puffiness has gone down, and I have been able to reduce sinus pain and congestion! There are many benefits to lymphatic massage such as better blood flow, tighter skin, cellulite reduction, toxin removal, and much more. You can perform lymphatic massage over your whole body (using a foam roller is a great way!) But today I am just referring to the facial part. I have seen so many ways and techniques out there for facial lymphatic massage, including with the use of a jade roller (which I have in my cart right now on amazon!) but today I wanted to share the YouTube video that I use the most on how to do this, as it works for me…
Cabinet Builtins
So my husband and I are currently obsessed with scouring the internet and Pinterest for built in cabinet ideas. We will be putting cabinets like these in his office, as well as mine. I currently have a stand alone cabinet and bookshelf, which we purchased when we moved into this house, to store my design, and art books, as well as my fabric. Sadly, these are breaking and falling apart! While they were a temporary solution, it is now time to move on to something better. Here are some of the ideas we came across that we like…

The Art Of Ciarra Stebbins

If you do not follow Ciarra on Instagram, you should! She actually has an account which features her artwork, and one that is just her photography. I am loving what she has been creating. At the beginning of December her art exhibition opened up at William & Mary. It ran from the beginning of December to the 18th. Her work is amazing! She also created the logo for Amy Stebbins Couture (the mermaid you see to the right when you are on my homepage and my Instagram icon) She has a few more pieces you can purchase that she added here. You can have her artwork added to mugs, phone cases, clothing, pillows, laptop cases, and much more! We will be putting links to these in our shop soon, but for now you can head over here to support her.

So there you have it! These were the things that caught my attention in December. I am so happy and excited for 2019! I wish all of you much happiness and luck in the new year!
Until Next Post,
Amy
