Motivation Monday-Get ready!
We are coming to the end of 2018, and I have to say, I am ready to move on! I have many goals set, and a plan of action for 2019, one of which is “Motivation Monday.”
Every Monday I plan on posting all about health & wellness, my current fitness journey, and various recipes, and meal prep ideas.
To start of the series I will be sharing my new workout plan, which I will be starting on January 1st. It is an 8 week cycle, and will consist of yoga, supersets and intervals. Ciarra will be joining me on this fitness quest, and we hope you will join in the fun as well! I will be posting up the workout plan on December 31st. You will see a post on healthy eating/meal prep before that, on the 17th.
We all lead busy lives, filled with stressful moments, so keeping healthy and fit is paramount in helping to deal with our intense schedules. Let’s make 2019 a fit and healthy year for us all. Please join us in giving this workout plan a try.
